Keeping seniors active is another important component to a healthy lifestyle, however it can be intimidating and difficult. It may be unsafe for seniors to travel to and from a gym or fitness centre.
We offer a variety of online, weekly one-hour exercise workshops that allows seniors to log-in and follow along with a video-guided workout. These workshops are run by a certified fitness instructor and range in intensity and type of activity such as beginner's yoga and intense cardio.
